This glossary was developed to enhance understanding among European Union member states of terms and definitions relating to migration and asylum.  Priority was given to legal definitions used in the EU Acquis on Asylum and Immigration. Terms are organized alphabetically, and include translations into other EU languages, a definition, and a source.
