Abstract:

 

This review attempts to assess the physical and mental health impact of being relocated after a disaster. The author describes the search strategy she undertook, which yielded 24 eligible studies, and summarizes her findings.  The remainder of the article discusses a conceptual framework devised to better understand the health effects of relocation.  Over 30 references are listed.
