The purpose of this handbook is to provide non-governmental organizations and advocates with guidance on how to more effectively assist trafficked persons and combat trafficking. The first chapter introduces the concepts of "human rights" and "trafficking." The two concluding chapters focus on strategies and approaches for dealing with trafficking. The appendices in the online version of this handbook are incomplete.
