Abstract:

The aim of this third annual review is to contribute to an evidence base of literature relating to international emergency medicine.  The authors selected 30 articles published in 2007 that met pre-defined criteria.  Search and selection methods are described and the resulting title list of articles is presented along with a brief discussion. Annotations of and commentaries on the articles selected are provided in a separate online data supplement.
