Bibliographic information:

Chemonics International. 2006. Literature Review: Trafficking in Post-Conflict Situations. Washington, DC: U.S. Agency for International Development.

Abstract:

The focus of this literature review is on the inter-relationships between conflict and human trafficking, particularly the conflict and post-conflict conditions which give rise to trafficking.  The review begins with a discussion of the literature that addresses trafficking in the context of child soldiers, displacement, HIV/AIDS, peacekeeping, and the immediate post-conflict period.  An extensively annotated bibliography is included as Annex A, with over 150 references organized by subject.  The references are predominantly to reports prepared by non-governmental, governmental and international organizations; no academic literature is reviewed.  Annex B lists organizations working on post-conflict trafficking issues.
