Abstract:

 

This literature review is organized in three parts.  The first covers "Health Status, Behaviour, Wider Determinants of Health, and Use of Services," and includes a review of specific health issues in specific populations.  The second part identifies health and social care interventions.  The final part provides the author's recommendations.  Search strategies for literature are highlighted in Appendix 2.  Over 200 references are listed.
