Abstract:

 

Review of literature relating to the culture and experiences of Bosnian Muslims, the history of the region, and challenges that confront refugees in resettlement countries.  The aim of the article is to provide recommendations for improved delivery of culturally competent social services to Bosnian refugees.  The authors' search methodology and their source databases are described.  Fifty-six references are listed.
