This review focuses on Southeast Asian refugees, including Cambodians, Vietnamese, and Laotian/Hmong.  It looks at historical, cultural, and contextual factors, examines specific mental health problems experienced, and considers assessment and treatment issues.  Resilience and other protective mechanisms are also discussed.  The article ends with suggestions for future research.  Approximately 75 references are included.
