Bibliographic information:

Bauman, Emily and Sarah Deardorff Miller. 2012. Comprehensive Literature Review of Global Public Policy: Creating a Framework for Understanding Global Refugee Policy. RSC Working Paper Series 87. Oxford: Refugee Studies Centre.

The aim of this literature review is to bring greater clarity to the concept of "Global Refugee Policy" by examining international relations literature that relates more generally to global public policy.  The bibliography lists over 100 references.  The paper serves as a companion to a background paper on "Global Refugee Policy: Varying Perspectives, Unanswered Questions" that was prepared for the RSC's 30th anniversary conference (see more information below).
