CE-DAT: A Database on the Human Impact of Complex Emergencies.  Brussels: Center for Research on the Epidemiology of Disasters (CRED).

Abstract:

The aim of this database is to support evidence-based policy on conflict prevention and response by providing access to standardized and comprehensive data on the human impact of complex emergencies.  Data compiled on malnutrition and mortality rates since 1998 in some 50 countries can be searched and exported to an Excel spreadsheet.  Surveys available in the database can also be retrieved via the "maps and timelines" option.
