Abstract:

This review looks at literature relating to the experiences of refugee children in the UK over a ten-year period in order to create an information base for service providers and researchers.  The discussion is organized around central themes:  immigration, health, education, social relationships, and provision of social services.  The last chapter summarizes research gaps that were identified.  The author describes her search methodology and keywords employed.  Approximately 175 references are listed.
