Farquet, Romaine, Heikki Mattila, and Frank Laczko. 2005. "Human Trafficking: Bibliography by Region." In Data and Research on Human Trafficking: A Global Survey, ed. F. Laczko and E. Gozdziak, 301-42. Geneva: International Organization for Migration.
Abstract:
This bibliography lists an estimated 300 references, organized by region and sub-region. Most were published after 2000. Also included are separate sections for general trafficking literature, online country reports, and bibliographies. As noted elsewhere in the volume, a majority of trafficking studies focus on or originate from Europe and Asia. The research literature for the remaining regions—the Americas, Africa and the Middle East—is relatively sparse.
