Electronic journal originally published by the University of Bradford in 1994.  As of 2007, publishing responsibilities were transferred to the Feinstein International Center.  Visitors can browse by date of publication on the home page, as well as by author or keyword in the "Archives" section of the site. The Journal was discontinued in October 2015.
