Abstract:

This purpose of this report is to review research that has been undertaken on refugee housing issues and to provide recommendations for the direction of future research.  After the introduction, three chapters cover "housing on arrival"; "programme refugees and dispersal policies"; and "housing, resettlement and integration: the long-term perspecitve."  Approximately 93 references are included.  Helpfully, the appendices list the search terms used by the authors to locate relevant materials and the databases searched.
