Abstract:

 

The first chapter of this book introduces readers to the problem of statelessness, provides definitions, and discusses causes.  The remainder of the chapter reviews the emerging body of literature on statelessness, looking first at general themes, then moving on to what different disciplines have focused on, and ending with an analysis of regional studies.
